Method 3: Uninstall and Reinstall Dell SupportAssist

According to user reports, performing a Dell SupportAssist clean install works for the issue. It’s likely that the error is triggered by corrupted files, conflicting settings, and outdated components. You can have a try! Uninstall SupportAssist and then install it from scratch.

The following steps show you the procedure.

Step 1: Open Control Panel and navigate to Programs and Features.
