Step 1. Create a bootable USB drive.

  2. Click WinPE-based media with MiniTool plug-in.
  3. Click the USB Flash Disk. You are warned that the data on the USB disk will be destroyed. Click Yes, and MiniTool Partition Wizard will begin creating a bootable drive.

Step 2. Recover data from the Dell laptop.
