About "Move/Resize Volume"Move/Resize Volume is much useful for users who are planning to change volume size on dynamic disk. With this function users can complete the following 3 operations:
1.Shrink dynamic volumes including simple volume, mirrored volume, striped volume, spanned volume and RAID 5 volume to release unallocated space, which can be used to create new volumes or extended to other volumes.
2.Extend a mirrored volume, spanned volume, striped volume, or RAID 5 volume to contiguous unallocated space while Disk Management requires users to break volumes at first.
3.Move unallocated space to be adjacent to the volume we want to extend.
Note: The free edition of MiniTool Partition software does not support "resize/move dynamic volume". So please select professional edition or advanced editions for this support. You could also view the comparison of MiniTool partition software
