Fix 2: Check Google Photos and Gmail Storage

Fix 4: Clear the Hidden App Data

If Google Drives says full but empty again, there might be some hidden data from apps associated with your Google Drive. Thus, clear the hidden app data if you have used Google Drive to back up data from third-party apps and you no longer need the data.

  1. Click the Settings icon at the top of the right of the Google Drive page and then choose the Settings
