About Align All Partitions

Unlike Align Partition which just aligns a single partition, Align All Partitions feature aligns all hard drive partitions on an SSD disk or advanced format HD in one step. If users take one of the following operations, it is very necessary to align all partitions:

  • Copy an advanced format HD or SSD to another advanced format HD or SSD.
  • Change size or move location of multiple partitions.

How to Align All Partitions

Step 1. Run MiniTool Partition Wizard to get the main interface.

Step 2. Select the disk which needs aligning and choose Align All Partitions feature from the left action panel or from the right-click menu.

Step 3. If Partition Wizard detects misaligned partition(s), it will show how many partitions to align in total. Just confirm the operation by clicking OK button.

Step 4. Click on Apply button to perform all operations.

Tip: If all partitions on the disk are already aligned, users will receive the following information. Just click OK to end the operation.
