FAT32 partition resizing

• FAT 32, a partition format more advanced than FAT 32 and FAT 16 which is extensively utilized attributing to the smaller cluster supported by FAT 32. The root folder of FAT 32 driver is ordinary cluster chain which can be placed in anywhere of driver. Previously, there isn't any limitation upon quantities of root folder. Furthermore, it can still ban the use of file allocation table to make to file allocation table instead of the first file allocation table at active state.
