Merge partition windows

• If you have allocated excessive disk partitions storing fragmentary data, do you ever think of merge some of those partitions since partitions with same file systems can be merged? However, Windows build-in disk management tool doesn't cover the function for merging partitions. Therefore, user should turn to a third-party partition manager to realize this operation.
